Liability Waiver By booking dance services with Adagio Academy of Dance LLC, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation in dance activities involves physical movement, and I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or accident that may occur during the course of the activity. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Adagio Academy of Dance LLC, its employees, instructors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities for personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or any other loss that may arise from participation in the dance services provided. I agree to indemnify and defend Adagio Academy of Dance LLC against any claims, demands, or actions arising from my participation or the participation of the minor child for whom I am responsible in the dance activities. No Refund Policy: I acknowledge that all payments for dance services are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed classes, or other changes after booking. By booking, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver and the no refund policy.
